WHAT IS SYNGENCY?


At Bubblegum, we use the Syngency platform to manage our talent and incorporating this tool into our workflow has helped us to streamline our processes. In other words, it has helped to make us superfast at our jobs which is good news for you.


WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM ME?


We ask that all of our talent use the Syngency website to update all of their details. This has to be done on the desktop and not the app, as this has limited functionality. 


We need up-to-date measurements, bank details and tax file numbers all uploaded. You can also upload your own photos throughout the year. 


Also upload any skills or hobbies that your child has; dancing, singing, sports, languages etc. Sometimes we get really specific briefs through e.g. Level 4 Cheerleaders required, or, boys with strong swimming skills. If we don’t know what you’re capable of, we can’t put you forward!




WHAT IF I HAVE MORE THAN ONE CHILD AT YOUR AGENCY? 


For parents of multiple children within the agency, you will need to provide an alternate email address to link to each child's account.



HOW ELSE CAN SYNGENCY MAKE MY LIFE (AND BUBBLEGUM'S TEAM'S) LIFE EASIER?


You can also use Syngency to block out periods of time in which you are unavailable e.g. a holiday or if your child is ill. To do so, click on a day in the calendar to bookout just that day, or click and drag across several days if needed.


WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T UPLOAD MY CHILD'S MEASUREMENTS? 


If we don’t have your child’s up-to-date measurements, it will affect your child’s chances of booking work. Clients often ask for heights and clothes sizes and it is not our job to chase you for that information.


Especially with babies that are growing rapidly, it's very important to know their size and any new skills e.g. if they learn how to crawl / walk.
